Here are some more specific thoughts on my various requests. (Some of this might just be a repeat of what I put on the official sign-up form)

Top Gun
Javy "Coyote" Machado/Jake "Hangman" Seresin
Javy is the one person who seems willing to put up with Jake's bullshit no matter what. They have such "ride or die" friendship/relationship vibes to me. I think Javy is one of the few people who gets to see a softer, more vulnerable side of Jake, and that's something he takes very seriously.

Penny Benjamin/Pete "Maverick" Mitchell/Jake "Hangman" Seresin
I have watched their interaction during the bar scene an uncountable number of times. I think it's very likely Jake and Penny have some history (he calls her "my dear" and she doesn't even blink), and Jake clearly would also love to get into Mav's pants. I'm open to Penny and Mav being in an established relationship and bringing Jake in, or all three of them mutually deciding to give it a go together, or even a bit of competition between Jake and Mav (as long as it ends with them all in bed together).

Penny Benjamin/Tom "Iceman" Kazansky/Pete "Maverick" Mitchell
Given Mav's history with both Penny and Iceman, I feel like there's a nonzero chance that Penny and Ice also have gotten to know each other. I'm especially interested in what type of relationship they might have all had in the interim between TG and TGM, but I'm also a fan of older people in love. If you set it closer to TGM-era, please do an "Ice Lives" scenario.

Robert "Bob" Floyd/Mickey "Fanboy" Garcia
These two don't have a lot of screen time together, but they seem to bond quickly during the bar scene. They also have the backseater solidarity thing going on, and they both hide an incredible amount of sass behind their sweet baby-faced demeanors. If they've already started having a little fling before the birdstrike, lots of great potential for hurt/comfort there. Or, the adrenaline rush/relief of flying the mission and everyone making it home safely could be what they need to tip them over the edge into a relationship.

Penny Benjamin/Natasha "Phoenix" Trace
They're two beautiful, strong-willed woman who constantly find themselves forced into the company of just as strong-willed, and often infuriating, men. I don't have many thoughts on this other than "I think it would be super hot if they kissed", but also I just think they would get along really well.

Top Gun RPF
Lewis Pullman/Danny Ramirez
They're best friends! They both seem like sweet innocent boys, but also I feel like they're always up to something. Preferably, each other.

Tom Cruise/Christopher McQuarrie
I just love them. They're best friends, they're partners, they're family. I'm happy for any era of their relationship to be explored, from the early days of just getting to know each other, all the way up to them basically living in each other pockets and being a package deal. Bonus points if you want to include Heather, but it's also fine if she's left out (but I absolutely do not want her and McQ to be separated/divorced).

Tom Cruise/Glen Powell/Greg "Tarzan" Davis
Tom Cruise/Greg "Tarzan" Davis
Tom Cruise/Greg "Tarzan" Davis/Christopher McQuarrie

Lumping these together, because they're all in a similar vein for me, and I would be happy with any iteration of them. Tom and McQ hand-picked Tarzan to go on to be in Mission: Impossible with them, and seem completely enamored with him (as is he with them). There's also the fact that Glen is clearly in love with Tom, and also still very good friends with Tarzan, and I think that could be interesting to explore.

Fiddler on the Roof
Tevye/Constable
I recently rewatched Fiddler, and I was captivated by this idea. Who's to say there wasn't some tenderness between these two, in an earlier, slightly less fraught time?

Artful Dodger
Jack "Dodger" Dawkins/Norbert Fagin
These two have such a messy history, with a healthy dose of animosity mixed in with mutual love and respect.

Babylon Berlin
Greta/Charlotte
I love the canonical friendship between these two, and I always wonder, what if it had been a little more? I know it might be a big ask for these characters/fandom, but I'd prefer something that leans softer/sweeter, and less angsty (some angst is fine--it's hard not to have at least a little). A classic "happily ever after" isn't necessary, but I'd also prefer not to be sobbing at the end.

Mad Men
Don Draper/Roger Sterling
Don Draper/Conrad Hilton

Two men with unending daddy issues who spend almost all their time drinking together, and (in Don's case), trying to get and keep Roger's approval? I just feel like there's a lot of potential for some late night confessions that lead to late night touching.

In a similar vein, Don and Conrad are both looking for someone else to validate them and their place in the world, and I really enjoy their dynamic.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel
Joel Maisel/Lenny Bruce
I love the concept of these two together. They're both fast-talking wisecrackers who hide behind jokes and humor, and they have the mutual experience of knowing what it's like to love Midge, even if it's never gone well for either of them. I see them having a real rivals-to-lovers vibe, or at the very least constantly bickering even while they're enjoying each other's company.

Mission: Impossible
Briggs/Degas
They just have the perfect buddy cop vibe. Briggs is constantly blasting his way through things, and Degas is constantly heavily sighing and following in his wake. I feel like they both have a lot of baggage, but are also deeply dedicated to their job/cause, just with differing takes on what that really means

Dune (Movies - Villeneuve)
Stilgar Ben Fifrawi/Gurney Halleck
I love two old men who have very different outlooks/philosophies on life but come to a begrudging acceptance and appreciation for each other.

Crossovers
Jack (Legend 1985)/Dickon (The Secret Garden 1993)
They're both empathetic, nature-loving souls with a pureness of spirit, and I just think it would be so interesting to see them interact. Maybe Dickon finds another gate in the garden that leads him to the world of Legend? Maybe Jack somehow finds himself in the Yorkshire moors? I'd prefer something G-Teen rated for these two.

John James Urgayle (G.I. Jane)/Beau "Cyclone" Simpson (Top Gun Movies)
I just watched G.I. Jane, and I spent so much of it going "Damn, I bet MC Urgayle woud have been one of Cyclone's biggest heroes." I know so little about how the Navy works, but I'm sure there's some way in which a Navy SEAL commander and a Naval aviator admiral could meet/have a relationship.

Neal Caffrey (White Collar)/Ethan Hunt (Mission: Impossible)
Neal Caffrey (White Collar)/Peter Burke (White Collar)/Ethan Hunt (Mission: Impossible)
I just think that Neal and Ethan would really enjoy being little shits with a heart of gold together, while Peter sighs heavily in the background.
